EXHIBITOR PRESS RELEASES: BOLTON WORKS RESTARTS OPERATIONS AS PMT INDUSTRIES LIMITED
PMT Italia S.p.A., is pleased to announce that its fully owned subsidiary, PMT INDUSTRIES LIMITED, has begun manufacturing operations at its new site at Kentfield Drive, Bolton, UK (formerly the Sandusky Walmsley Ltd., site).
PMT INDUSTRIES LIMITED has acquired all the assets relating to the production of Yankee Dryers, MG Cylinders and castings in general, including patterns, as well as acquiring the rights to certain assets of Sandusky Technologies Ltd., such as (but not limited to) the drawings, bills of material, and other technical and commercial documentation.
The personnel at PMT INDUSTRIES LIMITED comprise people with specific experience and know-how derived from the long tradition of this plant as a renowned world class leader in the manufacture of Yankee Cylinders.
This acquisition consolidates further PMT Italia’s product line for Tissue Machines and Paper Machines, as well as establishing a facility to better serve our customers on a global basis.
The assets and remaining machinery and equipment NOT purchased by PMT will be sold by the Liquidator from the Bolton UK location on February 13 & 14 2007.
