President and CEO
Magnus Groth is President and CEO of Essity, a leading global hygiene and health company, since June 2017, following the split of SCA. Magnus was employed by SCA in 2011 where he held a series of positions such as President SCA Consumer Goods Europe and President SCA Tissue Europe, before becoming the President and CEO. Prior to his employment at SCA, Magnus Groth was the CEO of Studsvik AB, a supplier of nuclear services to the international nuclear industry. Magnus Groth holds a Master of Engineering from the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm and a Master of Business Administration from the Stockholm School of Economics. Magnus Groth is also member of the board of Acando AB and Vinda, Hong Kong.
