Cancellation Policy

CONFERENCE CANCELLATION / CHANGE POLICY

Cancellations of Conference Registrations must be received in writing and send to [email protected] and the following refund for the Conference Registration Fee will apply:

  • Prior to February 10, 2020: Full refund of the paid conference registration fee;
  • From February 11 to February 19, 2020: 60% refund of the paid conference registration fee;
  • There will be no refund for cancellations received after February 20, 2020.

Changes/Substitutions:
If you are unable to attend the Tissue World Miami 2020 conference, you may substitute a colleague at any time with no additional charge (request must be received in writing, send your request to [email protected]

Cancellations of Items Ordered:
Cancellations of items ordered at the time of the registration: Show Guide, FOCUS report, will only be refunded if cancellation notification is received ON or BEFORE February 10, 2020. 

Substitutions and cancellations are to be notified by email to [email protected]
No fee will be refunded in case of no-show.
