B Kay Tissue - Advice, Germany
After studying Process Engineering – Pulp & Paper Manufacturing in Munich Bodo spent around 25 years in and around the tissue industry. This includs tissue manufacturing and converting, chemical additives, post-graduate education and consulting. In 2004 he started his own management consulting business called BKay-Tissue Advice, mainly focussing on strategic services within the global tissue and hygiene business. Bodo established a network of experts for dedicated assignments. For several years, he supported the risk managers of a leading bank in Europe in large pulp and paper projects incl. tissue and for some years, he was in parallel member of the board or directors of a paper company in Scandinavia.

Director Technical Sales & Marketing
Mercer Pulp Sales GmbH, Germany
Frank is the Director of Technical Sales & Marketing for Mercer International and based in Germany. He started his career in 1991 with former Sulzer Escher-Wyss which became Voith Paper. Frank held several technical and sales management positions throughout Europe and North America with responsibilities in R&D, refining, fiber systems, fabrics and tissue. Prior to joining Mercer he was with Canfor Pulp and Arjowiggins Decorative Papers. Frank has a Dipl.-Ing. and Doctorate in Process Engineering from the Rhenish Westfalian Technical University in Aachen, Germany.

Engineering Converting Manager
Lucart S.p.A., Italy
Gabriele Coli earned a Master’s degree in Engineering from University of Pisa. He has been working for the Lucart Company for almost 20 years in the technical department of the Group, being currently Converting Technology Manager. Lucart Group is an Italian company holding mills in four different European countries, with over 1.500 people employed, 12 paper machines and over 65 converting lines. Gabriele’s main activity is focused on the development of new plants and solutions for the tissue converting business of his company. He collaborates as a teacher with the Celsius Master Carta & Cartone, a one-year academic specialisation programme held in the well-known paper district of Lucca (Italy)

MILLS Processes Limited, UK
Kate was born in London and holds a 1st Class BSc (Hons) in Paper Science from UMIST (University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology) and an MBA from Manchester Business School. Kate set up MILS Processes in 2009 to provide consultancy and training within the Paper Industry, specialising in tissue technology and energy optimisation. Prior to starting her company she worked for Georgia Pacific in both the UK and France (From 1999), where she worked in engineering; technology and project work – specialising in deinking technologies and energy optimisation.
