For decades the rotary air filter has been the standard for filtration. The disadvantage of rotary air filters is their big space requirement, which leads to higher initial cost.
In today’s competitive business, the economical utilization of building space is a substantial factor in overall investment costs.
Luwa has developed the next generation of automatic air filters for a wide range of applications in nonwovens, with three main objectives: simple and robust design, small footprint and reduced power consumption. Versus a traditional rotary drum filter, the MCV uses around 70% less floor space.

The ideal solution for the LATAM market is ECO WRAP, a machine with an excellent performance to price ratio, intended primarily for small and medium-sized enterprises that intend to automate the end-of-the-line with a high-tech solution.
At the same time, however, ECO WRAP satisfies the needs of multinationals with medium-/low-speed automated lines. It is a machine for wrapping “AFH” rolls or folded products using plastic film and is able to use a wide range of packaging materials. The machine creates perfectly sealed bags, allowing a broad series of product configurations.
This type of packaging is especially well-suited to pre-packaged paper rolls for industrial use and individually packed folded products. The packaging process does not generate any wrapping material scraps or rejects, which cuts out disposal costs and allows a significant saving of wrapping material.
