Giovacchino Giurlani, with an in‑depth knowledge of the tissue market and its technologies, is Director, Tissue Segment Technology, TS Machines and Converting Lines at Valmet. From 2021 to 2024, he served as Managing Director of the Fold Division, guiding global folded product development and supporting the transition to the new Valmet structure. He began his career at Fabio Perini S.p.A., progressing through commercial and technical roles that built the foundation of his expertise.
