Luís Bueno is the COO of Arbex. He was previously at Suzano, where he established their Consumer Goods unit, managed Corporate Relations, and led as Executive VP, guiding Suzano to become Brazil's leading toilet paper producer.
He has over 20 years of consumer goods expertise, specialising in innovation, growth, turnaround and ESG practices. His experience spans international joint ventures, strategic consulting with Accenture and Bain, and leadership roles at Natura, Hering, and Vigor. Originally trained as a mechanical engineer, Luís holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and completed executive programmes at INSEAD and London Business School, expanding his global business perspective.
