Rob retired from Kimberly-Clark in May 2026 after more than 40 years in engineering, including 32 years as a process engineer with Kimberly-Clark. His experience spans tissue manufacturing, process optimization, technology development, and operational improvement. Today, Rob combines engineering consulting with his passion for connecting industry professionals, sharing technical knowledge, and exploring emerging technologies that can improve tissue manufacturing performance.
